I have cleaned part time privately for the last five years. I have also worked at a busy bank, and have also been the manager of a small business. As I entered my thirties, I just wanted to do something that would make people smile. The feeling I got after a house clean always left me feeling proud, and self satisfied, the pleasure I got from the smile on a clients face always made me feel great. I don't believe there is any better feeling for anyone, after a hard day at the office, or a difficult day with the little ones etc... To open your front door and it's done. I could do anything from a weekly, fortnightly clean or a good spring clean just to make you feel your getting back on track. All cleaners are available at times convenient to you. Evenings, early mornings and weekends.

 

I being the manager of the company like to personally go and see potential clients. I like to think that its not just about cleaning someone's home it's about the relationship I build with the client and more importantly the relationship I build with your home. I am not just someone that comes in takes a look, gives you a quick quote and walks away. I take my time in assessing your individual needs "What is important for you". I as the manager always do the first cleans, working through your home as though it was my own. Once I am satisfied that it is at 100% only then do I allow any of my staff to come and take over the weekly, fortnightly or monthly cleans. Before I allow any of my staff to take over I also personally train them making sure that they do it to a very high standard. Also if the cleaner happens to be ill I personally will fill the slot.

 

I always like to do an intense clean on the first couple of occasions getting your home to a high standard, which makes future cleans manageable, it's all about keeping of top. After the first clean, you are given your own personal folder which is kept in your home for when myself or one of my staff come to do a clean. This is a record of all the duties that are to be carried out on each clean.
